Founded in 2004, Au P’tit Monde Summer Camp states that its mission is: “At APM Summer Camp, we believe in providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and make lasting memories.” The program notes that certain awards are based on review volume, recency, and quality of positive feedback given by customers on Google and Yelp. Families are asked to send a water bottle, diapers and wipes for non–potty trained children, sunscreen, a cap, and an extra pair of clothes.

Parent testimonials describe Au P’tit Monde as loving, warm, and extremely nurturing, and say that children have grown in behavioral, social, and language abilities, mentioning appreciation for Salima and the teachers. Other parents say they feel privileged to send their children to APM, that it is lots of fun while including learning, and that they are happy with the influence the program has on their children, comparing it to being part of the “village” that helps raise their kids. Another family states that their daughter is thriving at APM thanks to staff they describe as loving, creative, energetic, and well-educated, and they note that children learn a new language and have daily chances to explore new ideas, do art projects, music and dance, and imaginative play.
